What an experience! Edd is absolutely amazing. Been coming home pumped and raving about how amazing the sessions are. So much so that my daughter has decided to join and do the session as part of her DofE fitness. Love every minute of it!

Ed makes the sessions fun and full of energy. I always leave his classes feeling great and with a smile on my face. I love the fact that there is no judgement in the class either. Everyone is supportive and lovely 🥰 It’s Fun fun fun all round ❤️
