Refund and Returns Policy

Our credit and returns policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full credit or exchange. Please note we do not accept returns unless of damaged merchandise.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please return your faulty purchase back to Edds Fitness.

Our refunds and return policy stipulates that partial refunds will be considered solely under specific circumstances, particularly if a member becomes unable to attend their scheduled classes. We understand that unforeseen situations may arise, hindering attendance, and thus, we strive to accommodate such instances with fairness and empathy. Requests for partial refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, ensuring equitable treatment for all members. We encourage individuals facing challenges in attending classes to reach out to us promptly, allowing us to assess their situation and provide appropriate assistance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regularly priced items may be credited. Sale items cannot be credited.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Other items will not be exchanged

To return your product, you should hand it to your fitness instructor.

The Boring Terms & Conditions

  • Cancellation Policy – When a booking is placed, you are not tied into any form of contract, but I do have a strict 24hr cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your booking please advise as soon as possible, but if you are within the cancellation policy I will always try to resell your space to credit you, but this is not guaranteed. Any cancellations within 1-6 hours prior to the session, then the session is automatically lost.
  • Boot Information – I supply the boots for your session if you do not own your own boots, and you must ensure that you have a booking before attending your kangoo jumps session. There are 3 different sizes – Small fit shoe size 3-5 Medium fit shoe size 6-7 Large fit shoe size 8-9. Please book the right sized boot for your session, as supplied boots are packed based on what is booked, and spare boots are not carried.
  • Insurance & Licence – Your instructor Edd Ransom-Coventry holds all the legal bits to instruct Kangoo Jumps. These include, Public Liability Insurance, Kangoo Jumps Dance License, Level 2 Dance Fitness with Exercise to Music Licence, Full Risk Assessment, PPL/PRS Music Licence & Full a DBS Check. Any of these licences can be obtained if required by contacting Edd Ransom-Coventry
  • PARQ & Photo Release Forms – Before you can jump, you must have filled out your PARQ Form and Photo Release Form. These are for your instructor Edd Ransom-Coventry to have on file incase of an emergency. The forms must be updated every 6 months, and you cannot make a booking until the forms are updated. You can find your forms in your Members Area Profile when logged into your profile
  • Start Times of Sessions – The sessions will start on the time advertised, or as close as possible, If you are running late, and the session has started, you can still come in and join. Remember if joining slightly later, the warm up may have been completed, so please do not rush into your session to quickly as if not properly warmed up, you may cause an injury.
  • Refunds/Credits This is all noted above, but a brief summary – Edds Fitness does not offer any refunds on packages, merchandise, single sessions or anything other purchases made, unless it is a situation out of my control, which is deemed this way as per Edd Ransom-Coventry’s decision. Cancellation of classes due to instructor illness (sickness, mental health or any other reason) does not qualify for a refund. Credits are raised instead and will be in your Members Area Profile when logged into your profile. You can re use the credit to re book/re buy anything purchased.
